Trung Nam Mixed-Use Tower

Trung Nam Mixed-Use Tower is a landmark high-rise development located in Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City. With a total height of 18 stories, the tower includes 5 floors of commercial space, 8 floors of Grade-A offices, and 4 floors of 4-star hotel services, all organized within a 1,000 m² typical floor plate.

The building is defined by its iconic exoskeleton structure and prime location on a coastal boulevard, aiming to become a new symbol of Da Nang’s dynamic urban transformation. The project is currently under construction.
