TRUNG MINH WELLNESS – A HEALING ARCHITECTURAL LANDMARK IN HOA BINH

Amid the accelerating pace of modern urban life, Trung Minh Wellness emerges as a serene sanctuary—where architecture is thoughtfully crafted to heal the body, mind, and spirit. Located in Trung Minh, Hoa Binh, the project is envisioned as a next-generation Wellness Center, seamlessly integrating commercial services with restorative, wellness-focused experiences.

Design Narrative – Architecture in Harmony with Nature

Inspired by the gentle flow of water and the undulating topography of Hoa Binh’s hills, the NVD design team created a distinctive stepped architectural form defined by soft, continuous curves. From an aerial perspective, the building resembles a white ribbon gracefully weaving through a lush green landscape, breaking away from rigid urban geometry and evoking a sense of calm and fluidity.

Core Philosophy: Crafting Therapeutic Spaces

At Trung Minh Wellness, nature is not a decorative element—it is the lifeblood of the design. Stepped terraces are carefully utilized to accommodate sky gardens, infinity pools, and outdoor relaxation areas, fostering direct interaction between users and greenery, natural light, and water. Every space is designed to promote balance, tranquility, and holistic rejuvenation.

Contextual Harmony – Connecting Community and Place

With a modest scale of three floors plus a rooftop level (approximately 12 meters in height), the building blends seamlessly into its surrounding urban fabric while standing out through its contemporary architectural language. Open-plan layouts maximize natural daylight and panoramic views, while a clearly defined, welcoming main entrance enhances accessibility and pedestrian-friendly experiences.
