Embracing a bold and disciplined architectural language, the NVD design team developed the project based on the concept of “Geometric Genesis”—celebrating solidity, permanence, and structural clarity. Strong geometric forms are composed with precision, creating a powerful yet balanced architectural identity that conveys stability and enduring value.

A key visual highlight is the zigzag façade system, which introduces a dynamic sense of movement when viewed from different perspectives. This design strategy breaks away from the monotony often associated with high-rise buildings, while enhancing depth, rhythm, and visual interest within the urban skyline.

Another defining feature is the Sky Link, a glazed bridge connecting the two towers. Beyond its functional role, the Sky Link symbolizes connectivity—linking people, commerce, and aspirations, and reflecting the city’s momentum toward global integration.

Internally, spaces are thoughtfully organized to maximize both hospitality and commercial experiences. The vibrant shophouse and service podium activates the lower levels, while the hotel and residential towers above open up expansive views, welcoming natural daylight and embracing the surrounding river landscape.
