Pho Hien Residential Towers

Pho Hien Residential Towers reimagine high-rise living as a vibrant urban destination, bringing together architecture, commerce, and community in the heart of Hung Yen. Rather than creating a standalone residential complex, the project establishes a new landmark that contributes to the city’s evolving skyline and urban identity.

The design is driven by a clear urban strategy: separating the residential towers from the commercial podium to maximize green space, improve natural ventilation, enhance daylight, and create open views for residents. This approach transforms the development into a healthier, more connected, and people-oriented living environment while strengthening its long-term commercial value.

The project features two 30-storey residential towers with two basement levels, integrating retail spaces, community amenities, landscaped gardens, and approximately 790 apartments. Together, these elements create a contemporary mixed-use destination that elevates everyday living and supports the sustainable growth of Hung Yen.
